Just before the photo shoot, we released a new toolbar which fixes a lot of CSS bugs, is more stable and is just working :) All functionalities are the same. Try it!

We’re still at the office fighting our jet lag…..

Museum Night

afbeelding-5.pngThis is very cool! Tomorrow it is Museum night in Amsterdam. Over 40 Museums are open for business at night and this time it is not business as usual, it is Art, Music, DJ’s, Food, Drinks, a lot of cool stuff everywhere in Amsterdam.

These guys really did a good job, their website is awesome. Check it out on N8

Sorry Yuha, I didn’t have time to make my N8 top 5.

An awkward way to see a friend…

I’m having dinner with my friends and we got a call from a friend to turn on the tv to watch a quiz called ‘rat van fortuin’.

We turned on the tv and yes!! It was Gamine Kist standing in a phone cell with some of the most ugly people in the world, but here it comes….. they were all naked!

hmmm…. What was she thinking at this moment?

She won 2000 euro with this bizar quiz. Would you do it for 2000 euro?

Fooled you, didn’t I :)

Fooled you, didn’t I :)

Yesterday I had big fun with Jan Willem. I came up with a nice idea to fool my business partner Boris.

When Boris and I were at Nextfest in New York last week we fell in love with the new Blackberry model: The Blackberry Pearl. We had a competition going on on who would be the first to have one.

So yesterday I was talking about the blackberry pearl and I had a real size flyer of it in my pocket of my suit (I took it with me from Nextfest). So I made a picture of the flyer in my hand and put it on my blog. I knew that Boris would go crazy :)
And he did! I ruined his week :).

Hope this will make you a lot better Boris: There is no Blackberry Pearl to be found in Spain.

As promised. The open source recipe

It took me about 15 seconds, to convinve my brother to open source his recipe. So, there we go:

starter:

little French cheese out of the oven with rosemarin and honey, combined with ciabatta.

(UPDATE: This is not the little franch cheese that Boris uses for his patented starter)

Del.icio.sa* index: 9

Main:

Sirloin steak wrapped in serrano ham on a bed of rucola, with a cream-soy sauce. On the side, harricoverts with potatoes (oil and herb de provence).
Drinks: nice red wine and a beer (jummy).

Del.icio.sa index: 8 (would have been a 9 if the steak was a little bit less well done).

Desert:

German Apfelstrudel (out of the oven) with fresh whipped cream.

Del.icio.sa index: 7.5

It was a great dinner, thanks.

* Del.icio.sa is my imaginary Web2.0 recipe site, based on the del.icio.us principle. The extension .sa comes from Saudi Arabia. The only problem here is that it is not a top-level domain (they only sell .com.sa, .net.sa etc.). Pitty, it would have been a great name and a nice business/feature :)
